Hot Pizzas for Dinner
Kia Ora everybody. I am so happy to see you. Read my AWESOME recount about the holidays.
During the holidays, me and my 2 big brothers were dropped off to sleep at my Nana’s old wooden rusty house, because my big parents had to go to a noisy concert. When my dad was gone, my tall cousin asked us if we want to eat pizza for dinner, so my big brother Salelei said very quickly “Yes” because he wanted to eat pizza. So my cousin went to Domino’s and brought 3 pizzas for dinner.
Next, my cousin came back and called us to go and eat, so we ran into the kitchen, sat down on the chair and opened the hot delicious pizza and ate it. When the pizza was almost finished, my older brother Lisiate decided to give the last piece to my cousin, so he went and asked him if he wanted the last piece but he said “You can have it.” then my brother came back to the kitchen and it the last piece by himself.
After that, we said “Thank you for the food.” and went to bed. When we went to bed, we had to pray before we go to sleep. When I was done praying I went back to sleep.
I was so happy because my cousin brought us hot pizzas, for dinner.

The Missing Bag and Notebook
Malo e lelei everyone, I am looking forward to seeing you read my INTELLIGENT! story.
One day there lived a young girl called Sarah. Sarah was very excited about school, but she hopes that tomorrow the teachers are nice, she hopes she won’t get lost and she hopes that school will be FUN!. The next day Sarah packed her stuff, and walked to school, after her old friends showed up, they promised each other that they are gonna go to the same school, so Sarah sat down on the green grass got her bag unzipped it and took out her notebook to write down the stuff that she was doing until her friends called her to hurry and come so they can play a game. Sarah was excited so she put down her notebook and ran to her friends to play until a teacher in her class came out to check on the kids. When she took a step forward she saw Sarah’s notebook and her bag so she took it and put it in her class in case it belonged to someone in her class. When Sarah and her friends came back, Sarah saw nothing on the ground except for the short and long green grass. So one of Sarah’s friends said “It’s okay Sarah well go inside the school and look in all the classes if your notebook and your bag is there?” So Sarah said “Okay then, well go and have a look inside.” So Sarah and her friends went inside the school to look for Sarah’s bag and her notebook.
Then, they went to the first class they to is the Art room, asked the art teacher if they can have a look around for Sarah’s bag and her notebook, so the teacher said “Yes you can have a look around my class?” and Sarah said “Thank you Mr. Williams.” So the girls had a look around the Art room but while they were looking around one of them said “It would fun painting pictures but we can’t find Sarah’s bag and her notebook, all we can see is the Art supplies.” Then they went to the lunch room and asked the lunch teacher if they can have a look around the room if Sarah’s bag and her notebook is there. So they had another look around the kitchen for Sarah’s bag and her notebook. Then Sarah said “Thank you Mr.Bryan for letting us have a look around the the room but I can’t find my bag and my notebook it’s only the tables, chairs and the foods.
Last of all, Sarah and her friends went to the library and asked the library teacher if they can have a look around her library if Sarah’s notebook and her bag is there. So when they had their last look Sarah’s notebook and her back wasn’t there until the bell rang. The librarian teacher said that they’re supposed to go to class before they get in trouble. So Sarah was so upset because they didn’t get time to find her notebook, until a huge surprise showed up Sarah’s teacher stood in front of her and said “Does this belong to you?” then Sarah was so happy and said “Yes! That is mine thank you very much?” Then her teacher gave her notebook and her bag back and said “You're welcome.”
Finally, Sarah took care of her stuff and never lost it again.

Aotearoa Strip
Kia Ora everyone, I am so excited to tell you about what we did for our Aotearoa Strips.
First we got a brown piece of paper and drew some Maori patterns. Then we got a longer piece of paper and added them all up to make the Sky,Land and Sea. After we finished drawing our patterns we got another paper and added up all the patterns and put them in the correct place from Sky,Land and finally to the Sea.
Next, we gave our work to our teacher, and she gave us a large white piece of paper to draw our patterns carefully and big so when we dye it the dye could fit the spaces. So we started to draw our patterns big and drew it carefully.
Then, we left it for the next day to dye our strip because the class might be messy if we dyed it all together. The next day, the people that had the most artwork on their strip they had to start their dying first, but when we almost started our teacher gave us the instructions about how to use the brush, how to dry, and how to hold the brush when the dye is on it.

When we had finished dying our strip, we put it outside to dry for a while and then brought it back in. When our strip was dry, our teacher put them on a long piece of black paper, put our names on it. We put them out the in corridor for everyone to see. I was proud of my Aotearoa Strip because I put in a lot of effort.
